(Can only be booked within 90 days of event. Earlier booking will be at full price.)
Seating for 250 guests
Rental period is from 8am to midnight and includes set-up and break down by client/caterer. Additional charges will apply for extended set-up time and must be approved by management.
A 50% non-refundable initial payment is required at the time of booking. If the date for your event needs to be changed, we will apply a portion of your deposit to another date within the following 12 months using the following schedule:
Date change more than 180 days from contracted date full deposit
Date changes 91 to 180 days from contracted date 1/2 deposit
Date changes 90 days or less from contracted date None
Contracted packages may be upgraded pending availability. Downgrades are not permitted.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event. A credit card number may be left on file in lieu of a security deposit.
