2023 Wedding Rates

In-Season Rates: Friday – Sunday (April, May, June, September, October, November)

– Barn and Grounds for Ceremony and Reception $5,500
– Barn and Grounds for Reception $4,000
– Barn for rehearsal dinner $500

(Rehearsal Dinner Can only be booked within 90 days of event. Earlier booking will be at full price.)

Off-Season/ Monday- Thursday Rates: (January, February, March, July, August, December)

– Barn and Grounds for Ceremony and Reception $4,250
– Barn and Grounds for Reception $3,000
– Barn for rehearsal dinner $500

(Rehearsal Dinner Can only be booked within 90 days of event. Earlier booking will be at full price.)

Ceremony/Reception Packages Include:

Day of coordinator

Barn and grounds for ceremony and reception (per package selected)
Two On Site Farm Houses for each side of the Wedding Party to get Dressed and Ready in.

(Not included for reception only)

Portrait sitting/engagement photos with your photographer scheduled on “as available basis”
One hour rehearsal time on “as available basis”

Chairs and tables for 200 reception guests (linens not included)
Seating for 200 ceremony guests

Bartender (Alcohol is a separate fee)

Rental period is from 8am to midnight and includes set-up and breakdown by client/caterer. Additional charges will apply for extended set-up time and must be approved by management.

Brick Farm House on Site is Available to rent per night for $250.00 and the White Farm House on site is $200 a
night. Includes breakfast items, snacks and beverages when rented overnight.

This can only be booked within 90 days of event.

Booking Information

A 50% non-refundable initial payment is required at the time of booking. If the date for your event needs to be
changed, we will apply your deposit to another date within the following 12 months.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
